Privacy Policy

This page explains what Lotline collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account info — your email, name, and avatar (if you sign in with Google).
• Usage — pages viewed, searches run, projects saved, so we can improve the product.
• Billing — handled by our payment processor; we never see your card number.

What we don't collect

We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. We don't show third-party ads.

How we use it

To run your account, send service emails, deliver alerts you've subscribed to, and improve Lotline. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used publicly (e.g. "Lotline tracks 276 active neighborhoods").

Service providers

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, and authentication, and a payment processor for subscriptions. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, export your saved cases, or delete your account at any time. To delete your data, email hello@lotline.app and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
