These Terms govern your use of Lotline. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Lotline aggregates publicly available residential development records (subdivisions, rezoning cases, land filings, road projects) and presents them in a workspace. We do our best to keep records accurate and current; we cannot guarantee completeness.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your billing period. The 7-day trial is free; we do not charge during the trial.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or rebroadcast Lotline data without written permission. Don't use Lotline to harass property owners or interfere with the planning process.

5. Disclaimer

Lotline is provided "as is." County records can change without notice. Always verify critical details with the original planning office before making purchase, listing, or investment decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
